Your Tree Doctor performed major work for me this spring on trees that I had neglected. I am one hundred percent satisfied and I wish I had done it a couple of years ago. They worked on two medium spruce trees and a large one whose double leader had split during the big windstorm, removing deadwood and fertilizing. They also worked on a birch damaged by bronze birch borer and water restrictions, removing the top half, fertilizing and injecting insecticide. From the initial visit, it was clear that they knew tree care in depth, and had specialists in pruning and in treatment. The scheduling, execution, and clean up on each of their four visits was flawless. The trees now look different after their pruning, but I know they are as healthy as possible and filling in nicely. They did a pruning service on two trees on my property and in one of my neighbour's trees. Even though it was Friday afternoon, they worked for almost 4 hours, and I'm happy with the result. They did exactly what I asked for and left my yard, street and sidewalk even cleaner than before. I would recommend this company to others. I booked their service to remove a 50 foot poplar tree in my backyard. My first contact was with Alex who confirmed a price and removal date. He was extremely confident and pleasant to deal with. They arrived early morning on the scheduled date. The employees were experienced and had the tree cut down and cleanup completed within 2 days, including the stump grinding! I feel it’s important to pass along a recommendation as I was given their contact information from a friend who had previously used their service and was also extremely happy with their work! I might add that I had another company booked beforehand. When they arrived they did not have the gear for tree climbing and not able to give me an immediate rescheduled date. I’m happy to have been passed on to The Tree Doctor. Great job Alex and employees!!

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I had a great experience recently with Your Tree Doctor. I have a rental property in Calgary and live in the States. The yard needed a lot of work done and found their pricing reasonable, they came out and did the estimate in a timely way, the work was started and completed when they said it would be and the yard is much improved. Great experience planting several trees in our backyard. Tree Doctor also did copious amounts of tree dead fall pruning for our mature existing trees. The team was hard working and great to deal with. The owner was also on site for a good part of the day to make sure everything went smoothly.
